I am Vicki Snow, I am a mindset coach, yoga teacher, retreat host and hormone expert AND creator of The Yoga Body Method.
My Yoga Body Method combines my skills and helps women achieve their fit, toned yoga bod permanently. WITHOUT all the dieting misery, obsessive calorie counting, unenjoyable exercise and restriction and deprivation.
My No 1. mission is to help you to END the yo-yo-ing, find ease and flow and start living not dieting!
